Job Description

I’m seeking an experienced Forensic Childcare Provider. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in caring children and serving as a trusted court witness in custody disputes. This role involves providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, especially during “high-risk” situations. The provider will be responsible for taking care of children at difficult times and providing their observations of the care, parenting and wellbeing of the children to court in custody disputes. Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Provide care for school-aged children, during “high-risk” times.
• Foster positive relationships with children.
• Manage behavior effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment.
• Testify to the observation of care, parenting and wellbeing of the children in court.

• Proficiency in caring children of ages between 4 and 15.
• Proficiency in testifying in courts.
• Experience as a visitation monitor, visitation supervisor, social worker or therapist is preferred.
