We are looking for an Account Manager to work in our Draper, UT location that is organized and has excellent communications skills. As an Account Manager you will develop long-term relationships with clients. You will make sure all sample requests get processed for shipping as well as following up with clients with all the tracking and shipping details.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all sample requests get processed and shipped
• Keep record of all sample shipments
• Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
• Find new potential customer leads and report to VP of Business Development
• Other duties, as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
• Able to sit for long periods of time and look at a computer screen

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Computer Skills:

• Knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, etc) preferred
