What You’ll Do As a Server at Ivy Cafe, you’ll be at the heart of our customers' experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and making them feel at home.
- Taking orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions with enthusiasm.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members to create a seamless dining experience.
- Handling payments and ensuring customer satisfaction before they leave.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (restaurant, café, or hospitality).
- A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
