Job Title : SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Consultant Location : Wilmington, DE (Onsite)

Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Consultant to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and OTC processes, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP SD/OTC solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and provide expert guidance on SAP OTC and Sales and Distribution (SD) functionalities.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD/OTC solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of SAP OTC processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI), and others.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP SD/OTC issues post-implementation.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on SAP SD/OTC trends, including SAP S/4HANA, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and OTC processes.
• 8-15 years of experience in SAP SD/OTC, including at least one end-to-end implementation project.
• Proven expertise in SAP SD configuration, support, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver on time and within budge
