Medical Assistant Washington, DC Pay From $20 Per Hour

MUST:

Experienced Medical Assistant Medical Assistant Diploma and willing to get certfied 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant Comfortable working with teens and young adults EMR proficiency- ECW/ EClinicals highly preferred Assist with clinical duties Obtained vitals including blood pressure, height, weight, Ability to work in a fast past environment and multitask Strong attention to detail Proactive with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to effectively manage difficult situations, staff, and customers Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program with diploma Certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant to be obtained Current BLS + AED CPR certification High school diploma or GED

DUTIES:

Room patients and obtain vitals Assist Registered Nurses Maintain and update patient information in EMR Maintain proper cleanliness and organization of office and exam rooms Restock supplies Provide basic chronic disease health education to patients as necessary.
