Contract Length: 6 months full-time (with potential extension)
Rate: Up to $90/hour (W2 or Corp-to-Corp)
Location: On-site in Boston 2-3 days/week (Hybrid)
We're hiring an experienced IT Senior Project Manager to join a global life sciences company leading high-impact initiatives. You'll work across cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, regulated (GxP-compliant) IT projects related to Quality Management Systems , Veeva , LIMS , and Benchling .

What You'll Do
Lead and manage large-scale IT projects from scope through deliver
Implement GxP-validated systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Coordinate across business units, vendors, and technical teams
Provide mentorship to junior PMs and contribute to PMO best practices
What You Bring
5-10+ years experience in IT Project Management
Life sciences or biotech domain experience highly
GxP implementation and validation expertise
Strong communication, scheduling, and documentation skills
Experience using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.
Bonus Points For
PMP certification or Agile/Scrum training
Background in data and research systems
Experience managing both internal teams and external consultancies
