Job Description

The Human Resources Director is a visionary leadership role for someone ready to collaboratively architect the future of HR at Rudolph Community and Care, a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization redefining disability services in Minnesota. As a key partner to the VP of HR and executive team, this role offers a rare opportunity to help evolve a next-generation HR service center that balances deep human connection with cutting-edge systems, compliance with creativity, and day-to-day support with long-term vision. As RCC continues to scale, this role will help shape a high-performance workplace through the design of future-ready systems in employee relations, compliance, DEI, talent development, and total rewards. This includes taking ownership of the HR strategy and the roadmap for its implementation, leading the rollout of performance management, investing in data and analytics, and proactively preparing for the needs of tomorrow’s workforce. The Director will steward the employee experience from onboarding through retention and offboarding, supporting a culture where people feel proud, supported, and empowered to be their best.

This is more than an HR role - it’s a chance to build an enduring people-centered infrastructure that fuels RCC’s growth and transforms lives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in disability services, healthcare, or another regulated field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience implementing HRIS systems; familiarity with AI-driven HR solutions strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to use workforce analytics to improve outcomes and support growth.
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience with 245D requirements preferred.
  • Must pass DHS criminal background study and MVR check.

Compensation details: 110000-130000 Yearly Salary
