Experienced Transactional Paralegal – Commercial Real Estate Law
Monmouth County, NJ | NYC-Based Firm with Local Roots

Our growing  Monmouth County, NJ office—an extension of a well-established NYC law firm—is seeking an  experienced Transactional Paralegal to join our fast-paced, high-performing real estate closing team. This is a full-time,  in-office position (not remote) offering significant  career-building potential and  client development opportunities within a respected firm known for excellence.

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates  must have at least 3 years of experience in  real estate law (commercial, residential, or resi-mercial)and/or  title work .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit legal documents and closing packages with a high level of accuracy
  • Draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with attorneys, lenders, brokers, and title companies
  • Review and negotiate title work and ensure accuracy of closing documents
  • Analyze and confirm details in entity documents, purchase agreements, and loan documents
  • Coordinate with internal document specialists and funding assistants to ensure seamless closings
  • Deliver exceptional client service and respond promptly to inquiries via email and phone
  • Track and manage deadlines and document workflows across multiple active files

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate closings or title agency/law firm work
  • Demonstrated ability to  multitask and meet tight deadlines under pressure
  • Superior  attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, responsive, and client-focused
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document systems
  • A positive, team-first mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Bachelor's Degree
