Job Title: Executive Assistant Assistant I

Duration: 02-03 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Santa Monica, CA 90404

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $26.43 Hourly

JOB SUMMARY

TOP SKILLS:

• Prior EA experience
• Music industry knowledge/experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support the Catalog A&R Department via a variety of tasks, functions and workflows, including but not limited to:
• Scheduling and admin support of EVP and SVP of A&R.
• A&R research, report generation, and document/database maintenance
• Identify repertoire and assist with audio & video archive research, asset digitization and review
• Create new release notifications in collaboration with A&R Producers to initiate projects
• Coordinate streaming playlist creation and maintenance
• Assist with weekly video release schedule tasks
• Coordinate/manage departmental workflows, including test pressing shipping & approvals, tape transfers and the movement/uploading of assets
• Assist with the quality control of audio & video products

Skills:

• At least 3 years of solid Executive Assistant experience supporting high level executives (within entertainment preferred)
• Strong computer skills required: typing skills of 60 wpm; PC/Mac experience (proficiency in MS-Office: Outlook, Word & Excel, familiarity w/PowerPoint + Canva)

Education

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience, 3 years
