Job Summary:
The Body Shop Estimator at Wheelers of Marshfield is a vital member of our auto industry team. This full-time, individual contributor role is responsible for accurately estimating the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles and ensuring a smooth and efficient repair process.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Accurately assess the extent of vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for repair costs using industry standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with insurance companies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure timely payment
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed on the status of their vehicle repairs
- Review and adjust estimates as needed based on additional damage or changes in repair plans
- Monitor workshop schedule to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Ensure the proper use and care of all tools and equipment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Estimator
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and processes
- Ability to read and understand damage reports and repair estimates
- Familiarity with insurance guidelines and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- I-CAR or ASE certification is preferred
- Proficiency in using estimating software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
