A Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) develops individualized treatment plans, supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborates with families to deliver evidence-based behavioral therapies. This role focuses on compassionate care with manageable caseloads to support client growth and staff well-being. Competitive Salary: $78,000 to $81,000 including bonuses. Ability to earn more through additional performance-based bonuses.
