Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications and instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Able to work overtime as needed per line
- Once trained may require some 10 hour days
- Rotating ops every few hours
- Great attendance, performance and attitude
- Show up and Show out :)
Skills:
- Previous experience in manufacturing is a bonus
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
