Squadron has partnered with a residential construction company to advertise a confidential position.

Full-Time, In-Office

Location: Sea Girt, NJ

A well-established, residential construction company located in Sea Girt, New Jersey is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Office Manager and broader team. The company provides high-end residential construction services throughout Monmouth County, New Jersey.

This is a hire for a full-time, in-office administrative role. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and capable of handling a variety of clerical and executive support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and deliver messages accurately
  • Sort, scan, and send mail
  • Perform document scanning and shredding
  • Email and phone call communication with clients, employees, and vendors
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Perform general computer-based administrative tasks
  • Provide executive-level support to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Typing and computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage records efficiently
